I installed E-Bay DRL's today, found a pair that clipped straight onto the fastenings on the headlight. I managed to remove the black plastic infill parts under the headlights without having to remove the headlights by using a slim trim removal tool.
Connected them to accessory on power supply and connected the controller white wire to the headlight main beam so they switch off when headlights are powered up, but remain on when the side lights are powered up.
Took around 3 hours in total and they look great.

Can you supply the link for the DRLs that you purchased? There qare so many options on eBay to buy. Thanks!

Hi Brockian, here is the link to the DRL's []New LED Daytime Running Light For Ford Kuga Escape Fog Lamp DRL 2013 2014 2015 | eBay
How ever since the install I've discovered that when the LED's are on it effects my DAB radio causing it to cut out.
I now have to find a way to suppress the RF these lights generate.
I'll post up my findings if I find a solution.

Found a solution to the Rf generated by the LED DRL's. I just clipped ferrite suppressors onto the light power supply cables as close to the lights as possible to stop them becoming an arial for the RF.
The DAB radio now works fine.

Like the look of these since they blend in more to the black piece that is under the headlight.

That appears to just be waterproof self adhesive LED strip? You can buy it on various length rolls and simply cut it to the desired length.

Some versions don't like voltages greater than 12V (like it would experience in a car) and quickly die. I've got a few different varieties and I wouldn't call it very flexible eg. following curves would be difficult.
