Angry Issues with FOB and camera connected?

2017 Escape Titanium with 2500 miles.

Periodically says "Fob not found" when trying to start car. Does this with either FOB. Left wife stranded for a short while until it finally worked.

Periodically says "Trailer attached - backup camera not activated" (or something similar).

Is this a common occurrence?

Starting to really not like this vehicle.....

Don't know about the first, but as for the second error I found out that some errors related to trailers happen because of dirt and moisture getting under the cap that goes over the trailer electrical connector. Some people fixed it by drying it all off and then applying some dielectric grease around it before putting the cap back on

What roadshow said is a very real possibility. Your trailer harness is activating by mistake and cleaning the connector is a good place to start. As far as your fobs, it is not an unheard of issue. Here is an example of a TSB I found.
