Unhappy Backup camera not working

I have a 2016 Escape SE, purchased in 02/16. The backup camera has worked fine up until now. When I put the car in reverse, nothing happens now. I get no popup on the touchscreen showing the camera view, nor do I get any chimes. I've read the manual and had an online chat with Ford. Neither one was very helpful. There doesn't seem to be anywhere on the touchscreen or the instrument panel a menu item for me to turn it on/off. Does anyone know how to turn it back on?

Did you try the ol' master reset thing? I imagine the Ford rep told you to do it but maybe not. Worth a shot I suppose if you haven't already done it. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Welcome to the forum monitucker !

Are the backup lights on your liftgate still working correct when you put your Escape in reverse?

If a SYNC reset using the menu option on the screen doesn't help, you might try this .... Sometimes modules need a re-boot to restore normal function

Hope you find a solution, please keep us posted !

Late edit - please check fuse F29 (5 amps) in the rear junction box - that's the fuse for the camera itself. Not sure that would cause all the symptoms described, but an easy thing to check.
