Cruise Control Setting?

I'm not sure if this is a problem?
Has anyone else noticed on your '17, that when you set "cruise control", and you want to go +/- a bit, the speed changes by varying increments? I mean, sometimes the speed will change by 2 mph and other times 3 mph.
My 2013 always changed by 2 mph and always even numbers, 2-4-6- etc.
I'm not knit picking but if something is wrong here, I'd like to get it corrected.

Thanks: Dave

Mine seems to go in increments of 1 mph, I was checking it out to see if it varied by terrain (like less mph uphill than downhill) like my Grand Marquis (it has acc and dec not + and -), and I think it isn't supposed to.

Are you sure that it is not KPH? All the CC I have used go by 1 MPH.

Yes, mine is KPH.
As I mentioned, my 2013 ALWAYS changed by 2 kph and always even #'s like 2-4-6-8
My 2017 changes from 1-2-3 kpm. It is never consistent like my 2013 was.

Looks like system is storing and using MPH in cruise control internal settings and each click up or down changes by 1 MPH as seen by everyone with an MPH default. Internal set speed is then converted to KPH for display. Each click up moved speed 1.6KPH so rounding should explain it. Cruise control should default to KPH internally for those areas but looks like it doesn't.

Yea, that was my next guess thinking it was just rounding off.

You'd think that being based on a European engineered platform the default would have been kph.
