Upgraded Sync 3 w/o navigation yesterday. Now getting the voice recognition not ready message. I do have an extended warranty. Is this something that I just need to take in to them and to fix? I already need to go in and have them look at my remote start, as it now is shutting off after 30 sec. Any advice on either issue would be greatly appreciated. My car is a 2016 Escape Titanium with on 33,000 miles on it.
