Car is warmed, driven for more than 20 minutes, interior temperature is set to 23°C (73.5°F). HVAC controls was set in feet blowing mode (sometimes fully auto), For some reason when I rest my left foot to the dead pedal, my left foot and leg feel so so cold!

My heater won't blow warm air unless I'm accelerating; it blows cold when idling and when stopped for a light or even when following a car that's going slow. Anyone have this happen & know a solution?
