Washed my car for the first time today and noticed the one headlight looked to have condensation inside the housing.

This isn’t normal, right? Is this a sign that the headlamp has a leak somewhere?

Brand new, 1,500 miles.

Minor condensation is normal. It is discussed in the Owner's Manual. Excessive and puddling is not.

Take several pictures, if you believe you have excessive moisture.

My wife had excessive moisture in an Audi TT headlight. My dealership covered it under the CPO warranty right before it expired. Service manager thanked me for the pictures, commenting that they may be helpful if Audi challenges the claim.
