Hi Guys!
While changing the valve cover gasket I misplaced one of the injector's o-ring. I tried putting one similar from the autopart but didn't work. At this point my only option is to buy the kit from the dealer which isn't cheap and it comes with a whole bunch of other o-rings i don't need.
Is there a cheaper way of getting this replaced maybe one of you guys went thru this already and found a solution for it.
BTW I was working on my 2013 1.6 The o-ring I got from the autopart was for a 2.5

Welcome to the forum.

I'd be buying the genuine kit if it was me. Direct Injected engines run extremely high fuel pressures and even a small leak could result in an engine fire.

Thank you for the welcoming. Yes I will do that I'm just deciding if to get it right at the dealer or order a cheaper off-brand and wait a few days
