You could purchase temporary access to the workshop manual. This should show you how to do it. The following thread has information on how to do this.

I would be grateful if someone would share a PDF document for removing the front bumper
Just had my front bumper off this past week. Just went in blind and figured it out. Hope this helps, super easy to do.

-Remove plastic clips inside the fender liner on each side. Unclip the plastic fender arch clips all the way up to around the center of the wheel arch. Towards the top of that arch trim, there are 2 white plastic clips you need to squeeze and release, you should then be able to un-snap plastic trim. 3 additional clips down near the bottom. On the passenger side there is an electrical connector attached to the inside of the bumper, unlatch and unplug it.

-On the inside of the bumper on each side where it meets the fender there are 2 10mm bolts.

-Remove the undertray. Remove the 10 Torx bolts on the underside that are shown in picture.

-Remove the 2 10mm bolts under the hood by the latch. Next, remove the other 2 10mm bolts on either side. You will notice there are 4 total 10mm bolts on either side, just remove the 2 closer to the hood prop rod. Those let you release the bracket. They are hooked and hold the bumper in place until. They come in handy when re-installing and hold the bumper in place without needing to install the bolts right away. The 2 lower bolts are ford adjustment, to move the bumper in and out for alignment, no need to loosen those at all. Only the 2 by the latch and the upper ones actually holt to the car holding it on. Then just pull the bumper off each side, it held in place under the headlights but just unsnaps, just give it pull to release it.
