I have a Canadian 2014 SE model. I set up Mykey through the info screen but didn't find the place to cancel it. My manual says it is in the setting menu, but I didn't see Mykey there. Could anyone tell me where it is?

Thanks.

CLEARING ALL MYKEYS
You can clear the programming while you
create a restricted MyKey or use an admin
key to clear the restrictions. When you
clear the restrictions, you return the key to
its original admin key status.
To clear your MyKey settings, use the
information display to do the following:
1. Access the main menu and select
Settings, then MyKey.
2. Scroll to Clear All and press the OK
button.
3. Hold the OK button until ALL
MYKEYS CLEARED displays.

Thanks for the reply. Under my settings menu, there is no MyKey option. I am pretty sure since I have checked several times.

Ok cool... so let me go into this, what I think is, you have 2 admin keys, perhaps the key your using now, was inadvertently made into a MyKey, which leaves you with 1 and 1. Try doing this all with the other key, see if the screen comes up in the settings, if so, then I would bring both keys into the E, and clear out the MyKey, so that the end result is 2 Admin keys.

Just saw that you have the chime setting in your menu too. I have never seen that one in my escape. hmm, interesting.

Hi aditracy,

Have you been able to cancel the settings under MyKey? I suggest contacting your dealer for assistance if the issue persists. Please let me know if you need me. ;)

I'm having the same problem clearing the MyKey. Have tried to find the "clear all" option with each key separately, and no luck. I think something is missing in the software.

Sounds like possibly My key is turned on for both keys.
If one is an administration key then start the engine with it, or turn on accessories at least.
Only then will the turn off be available.

I know right at first, I turned one on, by not knowing how it worked, or why.
