Does it totally lose connection where you have to manually reconnect or does it reconnect automatically?
Are you getting any notifications on your phone when it happens?
Is your Bluetooth on your phone up to date?
Do you have any updates waiting on your phone?
Is your phone in your pocket?
Are there any other devices connected to your phone? Fitbit, Watch, etc.?
Do you have other phones connected to Sync? Do they drop out?
When was the last time you updated your Sync?
These are some of the things I would be looking at. There are some areas where I live that can cause my connection to drop due to frequency interference.
