Randomly got this error today, has lasted through 3 power cycles now. And as a result I cannot set adaptive cruise control anymore. It says "Adaptive cruise not available" when I try to set CC! This is beyond frustrating, I have no kids, I never use the rear seats as seats they're even usually laid down! What's the logic beyond disabling CC just because you can't tell the status of the rear seat belt???

Oh yeah I'm sure, the icons show like if I had a rear occupant with no belt buckled, then like if it flashes, then disappears, then the icons show up again flashing showing in red, then disappear, then eventually just stays orange. And then it'll cycle after about 20 minutes of driving. :-( Never knew how much I loved the stop/go cruise control until my drive home today in construction traffic :-(

FYI, got it fixed today. Strangely it ended up being my drive's seat belt buckle that was causing the error. Not sure why the error message said rear belt....go figure.
