The manual has nothing on this one, I'm going to throw out looking under tire monitoring.
On the Fusion Hybrid and CMax is was under vehicle settings and you reset it by changing the interval (factory is 2 years, set it for 1 yr, next time set it for 2 years).

This sounds like something that if it's not in the cluster as an option it can be changed via ForScan to flip this to having a compact spare.
If you'll send me your VIN I'm more than happy to compare the AsBuilt against my 2020 Ti which has the spare.
