New here but I have a problem. Last week I took my 2014 escape in to the dealership for geerel service and they were able to fix a recent recall which involved replacement of the shifter cable bushing. Now I cannot shift into Sport mode. All the other gears seem fine. Went back today and the service writer says the issue isn't related to the recall and I needed to make an appointment to maybe replace a module, next appointment is in JUNE! Have others had this issue? Thanks
