Hi,
I have a 2014 Escape with the 2.5L and 40000 mikes. I have been trying to trace a sound for a few months now without success. The sound is a rotational roaring sound like a failing wheel bearing. All of the wheel bearings feel perfect. I got new tires less than 3,000 miles ago. I have replaced the front rotors becuase they were severely grooved. New pads to go with them. I replaced the front driver side wheel bearing (real fun process...) because that's where the noise seems to be coming from. When going straight down the road it roars consistantly. When turning left it gets significantly louder. Right has no affect on initial sound. I have a new cv axle for front driver side but am reluctant to put on because all over the joints feel perfect. The car is like new and it is driving me crazy 🤣 Thank you for the help.

I forgot to mention I have tried putting the car into neutral when moving. This has no affect on sound. Thanks
