Do you need to remove the Intake Air Temp sensor at air box or MAP? This engine doesn't have a MAF.

The MAP is on passenger side front of the engine under the cover. If you have a code for MAP make sure your negative battery cable isn't at fault. There are instances of the BMS connector being corroded and throwing MAP code.

From my literature it's a straight replacement. No calibration or other ECU adjustments. Just clear any trouble codes after new installation.
