Door Lock panel Flashing while driving

We have a 2017 SE with around 88,000 miles on it. We have noticed that the door pad panel for keyless unlocking is occasionally flashing while we are driving. Also along with that on occasion while this is happening the directional lights flash once (kind of like if you had the hazards on) and the doors lock or unlock. One thing to note here is that this really seems to happen when the car is wet from a car wash or rain. Does anyone else have any experience with this and if so is there a solution?

I had the same thing happen last week 2017 Titanium with push button start. I pulled over shut the car off and restarted, it said no key found, but it started right up. I replaced the battery in the key fob and has not happened since.

Now how did you notice that? Stuck your head out the window while driving?

Water drops on the door handle touch sensors might be causing it if it's wet.

Gary says fob battery, you could try that too if it's on the original one. I just replaced mine, but I had gotten a low fob battery warning beforehand.
