Has anyone out there installed them or know somebody who has?
I've used H&R springs before on my first Subaru, but I also changed the struts to aftermarket as well. I'm used to a lot less body lean/roll when cornering, so I'd like to do a subtle drop. I know there's going to be some ride change, but my experience with H&R is that they don't compromise the ride too much. Not like going full coilovers, at least.
They give a 1.5" front/1.8" rear drop, so it isn't that low. That last thing I want is to get bags and hellaflush the Escape.
