Car is a 2014 Titanium. When you start the car, the panel with the heater/air conditioning display does not come on when yo start the car, nor does the heater/air conditioner. This just started happening recently, it used to come on when you started the car at the same settings it was when you shut it off. Now every time you start the car, you have to manually turn it on and it comes on at maximum cool, so you have to readjust it to where you want it. Is this some kind of setting that somehow got changed? The only thing the car has had done recently was a transmission flush and fluid change.

Go into the cluster settings and see if the remote start HVAC is still set to manual.
It defaults to Auto (which pretty much never worked right unless you set your climate control to Auto via the MFT screen instead of the physical button) if the battery is disconnected for a bit, just like the NAV turn direction goes away from the right side of the cluster display.
Ford's recommendation to the dealers for the setting not working was to set it to manual.
Strangely enough it did start work correctly now for me after I did my Sync 3 upgrade.

Could your battery be low on charge or dying?
