I have a 2021 FEHP and have 3 yrs./83k mi. averaging 52 mi. range for the first summer, 51 mi. for the second summer, and now 50 mi. for the third summer, I always try to fully charge 100%/ 90% with ScanGaugeII. When I get down to 0% SOC I'm at 16% with ScanGaugeII, and in Hybrid Mode I can get down to 15% SOC. I live near Hot Atlanta, GA so things are working out very well. Don't worry about charging level, charge to 100%. when is more important wait until the battery cools down before you charge if you can, high temps can hurt the HVB.

I have a 24 PHEV and follow the Ford recommendations I found at healthy battery tips (ford.com) and so I set my charging limit to 90%. I live in east Tennessee (very hilly), which gets hot in the summer and not very cold for not very long in the winter. Generally, when fully charged (90%) I see estimated ranges of 28-32 in winter and 36-40 in summer reported on the car's dashboard guess-o-meter. With climate controls turned on, the GOM sometimes drops 1 mile just backing out of the driveway on hot summer days and 2-3 miles in the first mile on our coldest winter days.
How do you limit your charge to 90% SOC? The only way I could limit charge was by limiting the charge time which isn't very accurate. After about 3yrs/82k mi. I'm still getting 50 mi. range on EV, maybe losing 2 miles, I like the extra range of 100% SOC.
