2014 Ford Escape leaking coolant again (Engine already replaced.)

I have a 2014 Ford Escape with 170, 000 KM on it. Back in 2018 there was a recall on it for coolant issues and I had it done. It was a little too late. A couple months later I had a issue with the coolant leaking into the engine. They replaced it late 2018 under Warranty at 99, 000 KM with a new long box. This week I noticed the coolant going down a bit and I haven't seen any leaks. I'm hoping it's not the same problem as I don't have the money to put a new engine in this. And this engine only has 70, 000 KMs on it. Has anyone ever had to put a second engine in there's and did they go back to ford on it? It's a known issue and I see law suits in the US but not Canada.

Correct its the 1.6. It's not running hot and no warning lights yet. I'm keeping an eye on the coolant level. I know Ford won't cover it if it's the same coolant leak. It's a design flaw in those engines, tons of law suites in the US over it.

I know they won't replace it. I'm trying to decide if I should trade it before this engine goes. I talked to a few people in other forums that had to replace it a second time for the same problem. Hopefully it's just another issue and not that. I'm keeping an eye on it for now and see what happens.
