I search all the youtube and the web and do not seem to find how to open and replace the front 12v cigarette outlet in a ford escape 2013 titanium.
i checked with dealer and they would charge upwards of 100 (more like 150) just to analyze the issue.
it is not the fuse, have verified that, and does look loose (meaning the cable below might be cut/disconnected)
If anybody with any ideas or steps, or video please let me know.
