Sputtering while driving in local conditions

Have a strange issue that I hope someone may have some experience with. When driving on local/city roads at low to moderate speed, my FE feels like it is sputtering. Best way to describe the feeling is like the engine isn't getting getting enough fuel at times causing it to feel like it sputters. It goes away once I accelerate (nothing crazy), but I can't tell if it's an issue with my engine or if it's something like a cv joint and I'm just feeling every little thing in the road, which is causing it to feel like it is sputtering. Hope someone can help before this drives me crazy.

Whoops, my bad! It’s a 2013 SE 2.0 AWD. This typically happens anywhere from 25-45. This happens on basically any road, good or bad. One thing that may be of value is I started hearing a clunk when making slow right hand turns. The tires at times almost feel warped as well, but the steering actually feels fine and tracks straight.

Also, temperature can be warm or cold and it will still do it. Same thing with the engine, warm or cold has no real impact.

Sounds like an engine miss which could almost anything from injector problems, fuel pump problems, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter clogged, etc.
Any OBDII error codes, Service Engine light? If you have an OBDLink MX, you could check for error codes or an engine miss.
