How long did it take?
Dealer has had my car for two plus weeks now . Thought they have provided me with a loaner.
My 20 Escape only needed the door kit but I remember at the time that if the door was being replaced the Customer Satisfaction Program 23B56 allowed for a loaner car. I never got a copy of the letter.Maybe someone on the forum can post the actual letter. If not you can try this Ford site which has a link to input your vin is-my-vehicle-included-in-a-customer-satisfaction-program or call Ford Customer Service to ask in your case are you supposed to get a loaner car.

On my 2020 Hybrid the driver side welds have broken. The window goes down only part way. I don't like that half of the car will be repainted to match the new door.
 
well if you have had your door replaced you are the lucky ones, they have not been able to find the door that was supposed to be for mine so they returned mine back to me with just the passenger door updated with the kit and they learned that there are no more replacement doors available and they are on global back order with no potential available date.

Even though a good body shop should be able to make the repainted panels blend in to the point of not being able to tell what has been painted I agree 100%
 
Nowhere in the document that you attached is the work RECALL! Yet you still insist on use the work RECALL. WHY?
Recall, service bulletin, customer service program, whatever you want to call it, still being notified by Ford and paid by Ford... Tried to be helpful posting the INFORMATION that is hard to find! And actually, I called it Customer Satisfaction Program, the file was named RECALL...
