How do you know TSR works fine if there are no signs on the dashboard? Is it e.g. applying right (from the sign, not from the map) speed limit values when in LIM mode? Good test is at some road works, especially with 40 km/h signs (which are typically rare in map data).
And if this works... Looking at the data from this thread, I believe that for TSR (with no IACC) in IPC it should be sufficient to set in Easy Mode:

"Speed Limit Information Function (SLIF)" -> Disabled
"Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR)" -> Enabled

Of course your IPC is different than in Escape, so if this does not work, you need to compare with another Kuga in which it is working.

"Speed Limit Information Function (SLIF)" -> Disabled
"Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR)" -> Enabled

I have these settings.
I try also "Menu Traffic Sign Recognition Activation" -> Enabled

All the signs are detected (30 km/h also) and i have a sound if i drive at 40 km/h. But, if there is no sign on the road, the GPS signs are not visible.

I compare also my values to Vini values (PHEV)

The difference : i have no front radar and no side sensors (no intelligent cruise,...)

OK, so if I understand correctly:
1. You can see the speed limit on your instrument cluster when there are signs on the road.
2. You can't see limit on your instrument cluster if there are no sign on the road (so when this should come from the map).

If above is true, I would like to make sure if you have map data on your Ford Sync3 (not on Android Auto), that is if your maps displays correctly on Sync3 and show limit signs (with no mobile phone connected and with "Display Speed Limit" Enabled in APIM).

1=yes
2=yes
I have no android auto, no phone connected.
On SYNC3 map is ok and i can see limit signs.
I have "Display Speed Limit" Enabled in APIM.

I tried "Display Speed Limit" disabled in APIM and i had no sign on SYNC and no sign on dashboard.

With original setting (TSR OFF) i had GPS limit signs visible on dashboard and on SYNC .
"Display Speed Limit" was enabled by default in APIM.

Question, why don't we have a excel file that we start with all the codes and years of vehicles. That would help out everyone in finding what we would like. It took me awhile to figure out the remote window up and down and Bambi. I knew those because of my f150 lol. Thanks.

I noticed the Ford Maverick has a recirc option on the climate control section of the center display. The '24 Ford escape does not have this button located on the center display and it is hidden in a sub menu. Any idea if this would be able to be changed?

Download Asbuilt Explorer and look at the deltas between a 24 Maverick's APIM that has it and a 24 Escape's that doesn't. Depending on the climate repeater in the model you may or may not be able to get it working.

You have to wait for it to get cold, or pull the nose to get to the air temp sensor and put it in a bucket of ice. When its cold out it stays on as long as the temp is below 39º F, if you're driving down the road and go through an area that's above 40º for a couple of miles it will turn off and come right back on if the temp drops back down. Personally I'd prefer it threw a splash warning in the message center when it activates like is did on our 2004 Freestar.
That's way too warm to be useful. Should go on at 32 or even lower. Nothing really freezes at less than 29 in real life anyway.
